Informative report of art.13 D.Lgs 196/2003.

 

Dear Customer,
With reference to art.13 of D.Lgs 196/2003 and to the personal data that you give to the Society SARI of Liverani Aldo & C. s.a.s., we inform you that:

1. Purpose of data processing.
Data processing is directed to hotel activities, sending of newsletter, statistics.

2.Conditions of data processing.
a) As you see in art.4 paragraph 1 a) T.U, data processing consists on: collection, record, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, comparison, utilization, communication, cancellation and destruction of them.
b) These operations could be made by electronic or computer-based instruments.
c) Data processing is made by the person in charge or/and by his delegates.

3. Data conferment.
It is strictly necessary for the operations at point 1.

4. Data conferment refusal.
If you refused to confer your personal data (point 3) it could be impossible to make activities at point 1.

5. Data communication.
Personal data are known by data processing appointees and could be communicated to anyone need that to fulfil purposes at point 1.

6. Data spread.
Personal data aren’t spread to private or public third party; only anonymously.

7. Data spread abroad.
Personal data could be spread abroad to fulfil purposes at point 1.

8. Customer’s rights.
As you can see in art.7 of T.U. the customer can ask the person in charge if it has got his personal data and to see them; he can ask about their origin ,purposes and conditions of processing date; he can ask about the personal particulars of the person in charge and his appointees ; the customer has the right to obtain data updating, correction, integration, cancellation, make data anonymous or block them if they weren’t used regularly. The customer can exercise these rights at any moment by sending an e-mail to: info@hcristallo.com.
